1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the j7j website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and fish games. • j7j reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

j7j supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All amounts are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). j7j processes approved withdrawals within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page. The Company reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• j7j does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by j7j, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback, are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is claimed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions have been fully met.

j7j reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus credits or winnings obtained through misuse, abuse, or exploitation of any promotional offer. A player found to have attempted to abuse the bonus system may have their account suspended pending investigation.

6. Betting Rules

By placing a bet on j7j, you accept the betting rules applicable to each sport, game, or event. The following general principles apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be altered or cancelled. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
• j7j reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, match abandonment, or any event in which the integrity of the market cannot be verified.
• Winnings from cricket betting, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other sports markets are calculated and credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event, as per the published settlement rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or detrimental to j7j or other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the j7j platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

Engaging in fraud, collusion, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other dishonest practice is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law. j7j cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the j7j platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of j7j or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any j7j content is strictly prohibited.

• You may not use j7j's brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any form, including in search engine keywords or social media handles, without prior written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to collect data from the j7j platform without explicit written permission is forbidden.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or content submitted by players to j7j may be used by j7j without obligation to compensate the submitting player.

9. Limitation of Liability

j7j provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, j7j excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's performance, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall j7j be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including, but not limited to, loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures. j7j's total cumulative liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

j7j reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, any bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to j7j.
